EDIT: I've shortened the pelvis and cut a hole in the red part of the torso to allow a much better proportioned Powermaster Optimus prime! Plus I have the arms in place in the new picture too, I've put the old picture in there to show the difference!

Hey guys, got another custom Work in Progress! I've been working on this guy for 2 days and this is what I have. Nothing is glued or epoxied in yet, but it is able to stand with some work, let me know what you guys think! And the best part is all the parts I've used so far have come from part figures that have been in Transformer lots I've collected over the years!

With the white cab being full of metal, I bet you could glue magnets inside the red body parts to create a sort of magnetic lock in mechanism if the plan is to have UM removable. Neat kitbash

That's... actually a pretty nifty idea, Thanks for the suggestion! He will be removable and I will be repainting him into Optimus Prime colors once it's finished!

Have you seen the black rubber paint that Tamiya makes for tires yet? It's paint code is XF-85. Makes plastic tires actually look like rubber. Hope you power through this kitbash. It looks great already

I'll have to get some of that rubber paint, thanks for telling me! The only problem I'm having is the arms, as I already have a pair ready, but they are only slightly longer than the original, so they are out of proportion to the legs and torso...

I was thinking the torso looked a bit long, maybe bashing the original pelvis with the new one would help shorten it or bulk it up?

Actually, what I planned on doing was cutting off the top part of Cybertron Megatrons pelvis, leaving only the small part holding the legs, and then using apoxy to meld the two together.

It's a kitbash for Powermaster Optimus Prime to add more poseability!
