    Those don't look like G1 dinobots to me.

    G1 in colour alone they look like bayformer dinobots and we already have PLENTY of those. That's really disappointing. :(

    Those are basically the Dinobots from the Hasbro Toy Shop/San Diego Comic-Con exclusive giftset, plus the previously Amazon exclusive Slog.

    Wow, just when you think they can't sink any lower! This release is pretty bogus on several levels. WTF! So much for any Dinobot dreams. No wonder they didn't reveal this at any conventions, especially SDCC, lol. Truly a shameful release.

    Now Hasbro are just trolling us. Kind of an FU to people who went to the trouble of getting the SDCC set too.


    But i wasn't one of them, and these are on my maybe list.

    In fairness, the coolest thing about the SDCC set was the box. I was very tempted for the box and a couple of the bots. But I just couldn't justify a box I had no place to display at that price. I did pick up Snarl as a single on ebay. (he was worth it)

    Snarl looks like he has dropped the gold, but it is hard to tell from the photo to say for certain. But it might be these are slightly different decos VS the ones from last year.

    -Sees AOE Dinobots in SDCC G1 colours

    This won't help the fact that AOE G1 colour Slog is still warming shelves in TRUs here.

    HAH! Just when I thought I was wrong to think these would get a Platinum release. I might consider getting these but I'll probably skip on them. I don't think the knights look that good in Dinobot decos.

    Wait, what's this about disappointments? Oh, people were expecting G1 molds after some convention. Good thing I have no interest in reissues.

    Edit: This gives me hope that the Combiner Hunter set could get a Platinum release next year.
