has any one tried just combining two chromies with an arcee to see if it can be done? cos to be honest i dont think it can be

 

I'm sure there were between 20 and 30 Tuner Mudflaps at my Toys R Us the other day, when I went to see if they had Animated Arcee (which they did not). That toy's been at that store, with about that amount each time, for about the past 5 months. It's starting to annoy me!

So, screw the new Mudflap repaint. It's not like the world needs more frickin Mudflap's on the store shelves.

However, I will purchase Elita-1. Though, that's only because I like the character. I wish they would actually make a new mold for this toy, instead of giving us a cheap Chromia redeco. I bet I know Hasbro's excuse though:

"We don't have time to make a new mold. We're too busy working on the new Mudflap toy! He's the character that sells toys. Kids love him! So, we're not going to bother with Elita, we have to work on the kids' favorite character!"

 

Funny. As of now, there's only one original Mudflap left at K-Mart. Although, the stores at Belconnen Mall are extremely stingy when it comes to releasing Transformers.

 

Agreed, too much Mudflap. Bring on the Human Alliance.

I'll get Elita for the sake of finally getting the combined mode. Nothing else. Ugh, the veeeery least they could've done was get the purple paint right. I would've been happy with the black and purple. But BROWN?!?! The only thing good about it is that it's the Chromia mould - the better of the Arcee sisters.

I wish they'd given Elita a figure with HA Jazz. At least they couldn't screw up the moulds this time - no red Chromia and no blue Arcee. A hopefully full-fledged Elita-1 mould.

 

Just seeing the pics make me cringe....they cant be serious...can they?

Elita-1 i Jsut want all 3 bikers, And Combien them, Aslo Elita-1 apepars in ym Stop motions, Plus i BUY Reapitns And any tf Fig dosent matter if it sucks or not (i but Transformnig Figs only but i do buy pms and Robot replicas)

Mudflap: Read Above i BUY REPAINTS AND ANY FIGURE (i plan to get ALL TRANSFORMNIG ROTF, HTFD AND TF3 TOYS)

 

Mudslinger: Wonky picture, but I think that's all it is. Bad picture.
Mudflap: Easy pass.
Elita: Hasbro can't help put keep screwing the pooch on this one. First, Elita-1 doesn't get her own mold; Second; the bike mold she does get isn't the better match; now they don't give her the right paintjob? We better get a proper third bike in a later wave.

 

OK, Hasbro. If you're going to release a redeco of someone other than Optimus or Bumblebee, it needs to be a different main color. And preferably a different character.

The Mudflap mold is awesome. I'd buy a redeco in a heartbeat if it were, say, in white or black as Runabout/muck, or silver as Crosscut. Especially if it had a new head.

I know kids aren't likely to have much interest in "off-screen" characters, but they don't appear to want Tunerflap, either.

Seems like Hasbro's trying to make up for the lack of HA Mudflap... with all these terrible repaints.

 

Possible item from one of the new sets mentioned the other day -- or just a straight DX repaint.

I hope they change the robot mode colors a little even if it is just supposed to be Mudflap after he's been eaten by Devastator (thus the red paint showing through the sandy bits).

I wonder if there's a matching dipped in sand Skids too.

If your all having trouble with Mudflap - why not buy some and swap them someplace else or wait a couple of weeks till they restock then return them... or dump them all one one store (if you have more than one in driving distance).

Then maybe where ever is cleaned out migh restock with something different.

If you can get them cheap you could even try selling them to Europe where he's fairly rare.

 

C'mon dude, voyager Prime has all those repaints, voyager ironhide too, and voyager ratchet is following close behind. Then take deluxe sideswipe, deluxe BB, deluxe sideways, and then ask yourself, "why am I surprised at this?"

 

elita-1 has brown?oh..that's ugly.it would look much nicier with only black color....I'm not sure if I want to pick her now.

 

Is it just me or do these all look like knock-offs you would find at a 99 cent store?

 

ELITA-1s just crappy repaint of chromia   but I supose I'll have to get to make the combined mode.she looks nothing like that in the movie though, I mean, in the movie she's got a wheel for a hand not a massie gun.

If Elita-1 is just a repaint, surely the Gestalt can be formed from the existing bike sisters already? Or am I missing something...?
