I like all (cliff seems to be mistransformed) but... Vehicon looks strange, how do I say blocky legs and backpack kibble? :S I hope that backpack could at least turn around, if not, he'll be like DOTM Roadbuster u.u

Deluxe Vehicon is fairly cool, though i hope the back kibble can fold up. The heads amazing though. Deluxe zombie Cliff: pass. The figure looks off and the random "battle damage" is ugly. I might get him in a normal deco. Voyager Bulkhead is awesome, definatly buy! Voyager Prime...Oh my gosh, I need it now! He has the gun, the blade, the shouldars, everythings acurate!

 

Ok I think those designers at Hastak have finally learnt how to fold space....I cannot figure out how that prime transformation works.

Where does the whole front grill go....and the truckmode windscreen? Gah,,,thats crazy it shouldn't work, but it must do?!?!? That is a masterpiece of toy engineering!

If they can get prime that right the others must just be mistransformed...those wheels on Bulkhead must go to his shoulders

 

i may pass on all or nealy all the Prime toys. Cliff as himself looks crap and I was expecting a bit better terracon cliff. The vehicon looks like a meh but the back kibble brings it down to terrible. I think if they got rid of the back kibble and made the legs longer I would get it. Bulkhead looks meh to me so I may pass on him. Prime is good but it comes down to whether I like his new design or not but I'll probably get him.

Edit: They may grow on me. Maybe.
Edit: If the Troopers legs are longer than in that pic I probably will get him.

 

This has got to be the best news to come yet. Thank you IGN.   I'm really looking forward to this line. And yes I have have the same feeling that Soundwave will turn out great!

Amazingness. I'll spring for the normal version of Cliffjumper though. I night even pass on the Deluxe Prime.

 

I....I think that may be my favorite Optimus figure...ever.

It seems like it's taken one small step back from the exaggerated proportions of the show, and he looks amazing. The head, those shoulder tires, the colors, the weapons...

I honestly can't think of a mainline Prime figure that I would say is better, that's a start.

 

They all look good but Bulkhead and Cliffjumper look mistransformed. But that Optimus is definitely better than the deluxe.

 

Is this where all of the tallent has been? Team A makes the Prime toys while Team B makes the DotM toys? I suppose one guy from Team A escaped to make leader Sentinel, but...

This is a total return to the amazing awesomeness of Animated and RotF. So long, DotM! Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out!

 

Wow on that deluxe Vehicon... looks ripe for Stunticons...

And that Bulkhead.... OMG... they actually did it...the panel-shifting, the bulk, the mace... all perfect... I hope it stays perfect (and that means "Stay away, Miko!")

 

Buster Prime still has him beat. You'd have to break some laws of thermodynamics to engineer a cooler transformation to a cooler 'bot mode than that.

But this could very well be number two. Simply amazing. Where does the entire front of the truck go?

 

Optimus: Fantastic!
Bulkhead: Just as amazing as Optimus
Eradicon: Need to see him from a different angle/ in hand, otherwise he looks like he will be worth getting at least two of
Cliffjumper: I really need to see what he will look like when his chest is transformed properly and when he isn't a zombie

 

Bulkhead looks too "loose" in the chest. It's not compact enough to work.
Cliffjumper's chest looks weak too. Prime looks pretty sweet though so does the Eradicon.

 

I'm now officially sold on this series. The preview Deluxes of Bee, Screamer & Arcee caught my interest, but I was waiting to see the Voyagers of Prime & Bulkhead before I committed. Just like Animated, these figures have an extraordinary amount of character to them. Hopefully the Voyagers of Megatron & Starscream also hit it out of the park. And still looking forward to how Ratchet turns out.

A++ so far.

 

I'd still put Classics and Galaxy Force Primes ahead, but that's mostly because i'm not totally sold on the aesthetics of Prime (like some, hate others cough*Starscream*cough) Clearly the engineering has at least Galaxy Convoy beat hands down (but Galaxy Convoy will see your fancy engineering and raise you twin underslung BFGs)

The more i look at Bulkhead, the more the proportions just kill me. The stumpiness of the legs is just ridiculous: his full legs are barely the length of his forearms!

 

Boss guy: Take this design that doesn't work with our physical laws of reality and make it into a toy that we can build for around five bucks.

Designer guy: Ok. Done.

Boss guy: ...Now do it with Prime and Arcee...

Designer guy: Ok. Done.

Boss guy: A witch! Burn!

Designer guy: Souls were sold, I admit.








...I'm impressed by what they pulled off. To say the least.
