There is some chance that Takara won't bother their arse to add any paint on the basis that it will sell just because it's Jazz.

 

I could really care less of what people are complaining about... We finally have Jazz and that's all that matters to me.

It very simple... I like it so I'm getting it and that's it!

 

About what I expected. Great sculpt, and the character is well worth the United upgrade as long as Takara delivers. That's one more of the Hasbro version for you guys!

 

I find that doubtful. TakTomy is definitely going to spruce him up for the better. Glad that I am waiting for the United release.

Wow...that headsculpt is way too small. And those feet look weird.

that mold looks as good as some of the best Generations/Classics/Henkei that have come out.

 

Got RTS Jazz on pre-order...certainly happy enough with how he looks, but if the United version really knocks it out of the park, I may have to change up.

Guess I'll have to wait and see.

 

There's every chance that Takara will end up getting it wrong on some level(as they sometimes do), but they don't tend to be as transparently cynical as Hasbro.

I dunno if you've ever checked out their corporate philosophy page, but it's good for a few chuckles.

 

Jazz looks so awesome. The one minor nitpick I have is that he's a little to 'frowny' for my inner Geewunner but that's easily forgettable. Amazing looking toy. This is one I could see myself dropping the money to get one on eBay before an offical release. I doubt I will since I don't have THAT kind of cash but it's tempting. SO tempting...

I do wish he had a smirk...but it's not a deal breaker for me. I love the look of the figure all around.

 

I guess he's mad that he got switched from Generations to Goldbox.

All joking aside, really, what happened? Jazz should have a grin that's almost anatomically impossible!

reprolabels and a missile launcher should jazz up this jazz. hope the united version has more paint. either way, this dude will be bought twice.

 

I don't mind the missing paint apps. For 10-15 bucks difference I will buy repro labels for him (you can all bet that Reprolabels will issue a set for this figure) and paint, and spruce him all up. Not only will he probably look the same or better as United, but I will appreciate the figure more, as I put personal effort in making it better.

 

What an awesome mold. I do wish that his leg just below the knee was all black instead of half white.
