    just cos the phonebot seems to have his final paint apps doesnt mean that gamebot is necessarily the same way

    Exactly. I don't see a sign of any paint on Game-bot. I'm not even assuming those are his final plastic colors.

    Never mind that! These toys have FACES! with MOUTHS!! (and not shark-bug mouths either!) :) 

    Either way, they look ever-so cute. Its obvious the Game-bot ain't a finished article yet though.

    That's because it's an unfinished prototype, DUH. Surely it will have stickers and the buttons/eyes/face will be painted. I wonder what game will be on the display sticker... maybe a TF game even? ;)

    Where was it said the movie creators didn't want bulky robots?

    Besides, who knows if these bots appear in the movie just like their toys look ... and with the no-size-changing rule in the movie, they're too small to have an overly complex transformation even by movie standards.

    Dude! The phone has the time as 7:47, there has been news about a 'Real Gear' movie sub-line and according to some there's a scene on the leaked script that hints at this guys being somewhat in the movie and you still don't think they're movie toys but Classics?!

    You can still call the camera-bot Classics' Reflector regardless what he ends up being sold as. That's what I'm planning on doing. :D

    Honestly these two are looking pretty horrific in my opinion. I mean look at the cell phone, in bot mode it is still just a full cell phone with little appendages sticking out, wow, that's a creative transformation...

    The camera one looks pretty awesome, but these two seem uninspired and at a transformation-skill-level that rivals the simplist of G1 transformations...sorry to be negative but these are just...

    I'm loving these, honestly, TF's needs to get back to some of the background they used to be, not everything is automobile, airplanes, and assorted wild animals.

    I'm glad to see that the phone-bot is transformed differently from the prototype images that we originally saw. I figured that they would have to paint numbers on the cell phone (to make it look real), but those numbers would be all over his torso in robot mode... His chest is now the backside of the phone, which is better than numbers, but he still needs some more color.

    I still think that they should release the traffic-light-bot in this sub-series. I love that guy. ;)

    Now that i think about it..The CELL PHONE bot looks better in robot mode when the numbers are on the outside like we saw first. It looks too dull with the plate facing inward like these pics show. Anyway just got one on ebay for $28 usd,its already on its way! WOW! my first prototype![​IMG]

    Actually - and since you live in Asia you might know the cartoon - these gadget-bots look to me like Gold Lightan robots. That I like. Gold Lightan was my "Transformers" when I was 7 years old.

    Yeah. X-Men is cool, but I'm more of a DC Comics guy ... New Teen Titans FTW! :)
