I need that thing for when I go to the drive thru. That would piss off some kid working the window to know he sounds like that and get the same voice back.

    wow, it's actually adult sized

even though I dont care for the movie design, I might get that just for the novelty of wearing it in public

    Check.

I'm worried about this. It looks close to his head size in the photo, and to fit him I'd think it would have to be larger--closer to motorcycle-helmet sized (but not that big, since they're so thick). Plus, why would Hasbro make something that fits adults? I'm just hoping I can cram my skull in it, no matter how uncomfortable.

I dunno. It's obviously long enough to fit on his head (it's longer than the length of his nose to the back of his head, so there's plenty of room inside), and even though the top looks kind of small, it's obviously longer than his chin. I think the whole reason they showed an adult holding it it is to prove it can fit on an average adult head. As for why it would fit on adults (making it huge for a child), well Hasbro knows how many TF fans are in their early 30's (they've been to Botcon after all) and they assumed many of the older fans would gladly wear something like this, if it would fit
