I was hoping someone was an amateur astronomer and would be talking about replacing the standard streetlights with different styles for less light pollution. Really, that's the first thing I thought of.

Then I saw it was EBK and I immediately shifted into facepalm mode.

Strange...they moved in weird patterns too...hopefully we can capute better images now, what with the advancement and spread of camera's across the world.

The guy should have got his camera to take still photos. He'd have a better chance of capturing detail than with video.

Someone will eventually do a spectrographic analysis of the dots and find out that they are chemical burning flares, just like last time.

Local radio station down here said the Arizona Republic had a witness claiming he saw his neighbor sending lit flares up with helium balloons. That's a new one.

Part of me despite my better judgement actually thought this thread might be about traffic lights or something, even though I knew who posted it.

    Lesson learned.

Me and my friends used to make UFO's using black helium balloons, small dowels, Glow sticks, colored dollar store flashlights and fishing line. We've had spot lights follow them, Cops called by neighbors to report the lights, heard a local morning radio show mention one of them and we are 99% positive that one we launched ended up on FOX's "UFO's, The Best Evidence" hosted by Jonathan Frakes.
They really looked realistic and ever since I have a hard time not believing that all these sightings are just more hoaxes.
