The bottom of the bike is the legs and chest. The panalling seems to be removeable seeing as the legs won't be able to move around with it there.

I can't see your pic, its a red x, so I am only going off yoru discription.

The arm theory is cool because I know they are arms but couldn't figure out how they work. The Cyclonus fold makes sense.

 

Any one else notice that the rider is the "not" spy glass from p.e. Relector set.?!?! So the bikes kinda small

 

Looks like Robotech to me.

 

Most people already deduced that it's probably scout class based on the size.

 

But a couple people think the bike may unfold interestingly & be a Deluxe robot (not me). But yeah, most of us worked out the size of the 'Con on the bike.

Though, the Deluxe size would make sense if it was an exosuit, like the Robotech Cyclone Cycle.
