Don't know if you consider this news but Our favorite cartoonist Seth MacFarlane has used Optimus Prime yet again in his new animated shorts release "Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy"

I've only watched it on my xbox so I don't have a time stamp, but if I can get my dvd reader in my computer to work I'll upload to youtube but until then go support Seth and his outrageous comedy toons its worth the buy its hilarious

The only decent thing Seth has done in his whole life is American Dad, and it's only watchable because he doesn't write for it.

Yeah, that is the only one that made me laugh. Probably for the nostalgia.

The frog prince one was a bit dirty.

Another thing is that in these they swear, sometimes a lot.

^ This post was made with pure, concentrated win.

I wouldn't support that crap he calls comedy if you gave me the money to do it.

When Family Guy first came out, it was offensive, sure, but it was funny. It was classy while containing no class. They won an Emmy for musical numbers. MacFarlane not only created the show and helped to write it, but he could sing (sing his ass off) and give it flair.

Once Fox kicked it to the curb and then decided to bring it back, his ego became unstoppable and he was let off of his leash.

Speaking of being let off the leash, he's become a rabid dog (and just as crazy) and FG has not only jumped the shark, but it went back, pulled it out of the water, beat it to hell and back, and left it bloodied on the bottom of the ocean.

It's so bad that I can't even watch American Dad because I know he's behind it.

There was real humor, very classy moments, great musical numbers, and even though it was offensive, you had a good time being offended.

Now it's just cruel, sometimes bordering on insanity, and plain unfunny. In fact, I don't actually remember the last time I watched an episode other than the recent show with the TNG cast guest starring. And even then, their hilarious moments (which I'll admit to finding funny) just couldn't make the episode a win for me.

Plus the whole jab at Shatner killing his wife? Not only unfunny, but way, way below the belt.

Odd, or maybe not, that the individuals with Optimus Prime avatars dislike Seth McFarlane's cartoons.

Thanks fellas, for a second there I was losing faith in world :)

Note: There are plenty of blithering idiots who like Transformers.

I REALLY liked Family Guy for a long time. I agree that they did go a bit crazy after they were brought back but it was still funny most of the time.

This season though...I just stopped watching. It wasn't an active choice, I just stopped checking to see if there were new episodes and eventually realized I just didn't care. I MIGHT catch the second Star Wars special but, really, I am done with the show.

It probably has more to do with people disliking a cartoon that, almost back-breakingly, depends upon random pop culture cutaway jokes and references to sell the show.
