Really excited about those Bees!  

 

Drift, Bumblebee (WFC) and Optimus Prime (WFC) are just mind blowing. I cannot wait for the Blurr repaint of Drift.

I was excited for Huffer, but he needs to be orange and purple, not yellow.

 

I definitely want that ROTF BB Activator, and all of the Generations stuff.

 

*NEVER* thought I'd be saying this, but Seaspray kicks ass.

I don't really like any of the "movie" toys, but Leader Starscream is just a win. I actually hope Hasbro milks that mold and gives us all 9 seekers. Fantastic mold.

Actually, I kinda like Jetblade's deco better then Dirg. I donno why, but it kinda works for me.

You know, at this point I'm starting to get the feeling that they're doing it on purpose. Maybe they think it's "artsy", I donno...

 

Why does leader prime have black chest/hood parts?

 

It also bugs me that you and I can take waaaay better pics than hasbro's own promotional staff. How do they get away with those horribly transformed lop-sided poses as their official pics?!

Deluxe Bee has lop-sided nipples, his waist kibble looks like I should be facing forward I'm guessing, WFC Bee has a missing foot..... WTH?

 

You forgot Deccepticon Troopers and other Animation oddities.

The Troopers remain the oddest of ommisions, as not only they Starscream's airforce, they are also shown repeatedly in the cartoon, as well having been in some comics.

 

So do I. I never really liked the Dirge color scheme on that figure. I think the lighter colors look really nice. I can't tell if the dark bluish parts on his chest are actuallyt blue or purple though(-1 point if it's purple).

Yeah, they just want to make sure people are paying attention. It's a test. We passed.

Plus they want to give us hope so that if a figure is really shitty, we'll think that it won't look so bad once we get hold of it for ourselves.

 

I would by all the repaints. I think there are more than 9 seekers.

 

Not bad, nothing new, but it's still nice to see a huge batch of official pictures. Out of everything there, there's really only four must-haves for me (Gen. Thrust, HftD Legends Ravage, HftD Deluxe BB Bumblebee, and PCC Huffer). Might also get Gen. Prime and Bee, and some of the other HftD figures, but will be waiting for some more reviews and an in-person look once they're released.

From what I understand the people who take the photos are given very little time to do so, and aren't given instructions on how to transform them. They also have more than just Transformers to shoot. All things considered the photos could be a whole lot worse.

 

I can't wait until these hit the shelves! They will be bought on the spot . . . at least some of them.

 

I wonder how much it would cost Hasbro to send along someone who actually knows what the toys are supposed to look like with the photo crew.

I like the packaging this go-round, with the Movie-ish overall design combined with the nice full illustrations like the Cybertron line had.

 

Also it should be kept in mind that they're photographers and not necessarily toy collectors. They probably have an entirely different perspective on TFs. Something that is a glaring and obvious mistake to us is something that's completely overlooked or not noticed to them.

 

You know that would actually be completely understandable, if it were not for the pic of WFC Bee having only one foot transformed. That's kind of hard to let pass. lol They honestly couldn't flip out the other foot?
