Seems that way. Here's hopin that this guy resolves some of the frailty problems of the official release. I think that if he were to make prime with the trailer and a good roller he'll be perfect.

So this confirms these are not just fan made customs for fun. They are actually going into production.

Sure are! But the crap part is that the price is going by demand... There's no set production run number from what it seems.

I would love to get one...but its probable going to cost more then the big one, not only that but i am thinking that hasbro is going to have a problem with this guy resizing hasbro toys and selling them.

No chance they'll downgrade Masterpiece Megatron's mold so it's 1 to 1 with a real Walther. He'd be literally impossible to transform with all the little pieces and precise movements needed.

You wish. I'd say more like 150-200, but I hope you're right.

I so hope it's affordable! If it's less than a real MP figure (less than 100$), I think I'd give it a try. And if it's really awesome, I think I could totally sell my MP and keep this one instead! The MP are nice and all, but I kinda prefer the size of the Seekers and Grimlock over Prime and Megs, and bringing those more in-scale with them is awesome.

From the interview the guy mentioned he would spend 300~500 dollars (hopefully that is in RMB and after markup) for it if he is not the maker. (No die-cast parts)
He made the fingers movable as well.
There will be a black version for this later.

Interesting that he also mentioned making 1 of those (with metal mould) cost him some 10 thousand dollars (again, hopefully in RMB). If doing it "professionally" it will cost him some 100 thousand dollars (RMB, I guess).

Isn't this going to be considered as a K.O. ?

Unless takara or hasbro is making it?

Hopefully this means that this won't be to much for the common buyer though. Where was the interview you are talking about? I didn't see it in the seibertron link.

The interview is from TFC. Is all in mandarin, so for the benefit of overseas TF fans, the user from Seibertron just summarize it.
