I know it'll be wrong no matter how I do it - I start a new topic, people will insist that they already posted this on page 14 of the existing thread; I post it in the existing thread, someone else will start a new topic and complain that no-one would pay attention to what I posted on page 14 of the existing thread.

    So... here's the official announcement:

    It's better here. It's more tidy ^^

Those minicons are better than the ones we've already seen in Armada and so on.

    Hurray Hasbro!

I like the way they played using existing alt modes into new chibi robot modes, for example, Wide Load.

And those little dinos are also cute ^^

Whatever Hasbro is paying the current web team for their frequent and speedy updates, I would say they're well worth the money. :)

I'll betcha this is partly because of the leaks ;)

But...late November? Boy, they are really rushing Cybertron out the door, hopefully we don't get another "final wave rarity" with the redeco Primal, Megatron, and Smokescreen.

They are probably part of wave 2, thus not done and aren't due until after these, which are wave 1

We probably will. BBTS has September for the first waves of Classics. Luckily, final wave deluxes are easier to find than larger toys, like Voyagers and Ultras. GF Vector Prime and Cryo Scourge could be the next Energon Ultra Magnus.

By the pics, they look pretty detailed. I like the paint apps. I must say that the Classics look like they are shaping up to be quite a nice line.

Is it confirmed that this minicons belong to the classics line?

Cos I don't see any minicon links in the "big" bots we've seen.

I just figured they were part of the Classics. I thought I saw an in box mock up awhile back with the Classics packaging.

I still think they look great. It seems like Hasbro is really making an effort to put new transformation schemes and design aesthetics into these Minicons. Swoop's transformation is totally unlike anything I've ever seent hem do with a pteredactyl TF before.

They aren't really "Minicon Ports", but the generic pegs on the bots double as ports just like they did on RID Prime.

My educated guess is they were originally slated for the -vs- packs (pretty sure at some point someone official said we were getting new molds in the -vs- packs) but as the Classics line-up shaped up, they decided thet they needed something in the Basic Pricepoint ($6.99 usd) ~ gotta hold onto that valueable shelfspace ~ and changed plans to hold these over for Classics... Their aesthetic is obviously way more Cybertron than Classics (Demolition team, Giant planet ~ Rescue Team, Earth ~ Dinos, Animal Planet)

I dunno about that, Cryo Scourge is already out in Hong Kong and GF Vector Prime is also due out pretty soon as well, according to online stores. We still have a bit to go for the last Scout and Deluxe waves, though, and considering that Wal-Mart will be tied up with those darned pallets full of old toys, I imagine the last Scout and Deluxe wave (in other words, Beast Megatron & Prime, Smokescreen, Hightail, and the Shadow Recon Team) will be hardest to find.
