The first Scary Movie was fun, I enjoyed it.
Scary Movie 2 was alright, not as good as the first, but again it was fun.
After that....well everything kinda started to suck, HARD.
Scary Movie 3 and 4 (why the fuck did they feel the need to make them PG-13?), Date Movie, and the biggest load of tripe of all (Epic Movie)....and now its hellspawn of a sequel?

I hate Hollywood, I hate the general population that supports this shit, and I LOATHE the people behind this.

For fuck's sake...what is this about them "taking down" blockbuster releases. Just what do they mean by "taking them down"? Through "parody" (since y'know..horrible jokes like this aren't technically parody)? Give me a fucking break.

I actually felt sick watching the trailer when I saw AVP:R

 

The only joke I've seen in the trailers for this film is the line "For tonight we die" *the other guys are like "say what?" Then Leonidas says "for tonight THEY die. Sorry misspoke.." or something like that. That made me chuckle a bit.

 

I'm not going to lie, this movie looks GOD-AWFUL. That's why i want to see it so badly.

Seriously, sometimes you need to see something so horrible that it just makes you laugh your ass off.

 

The movie looks fine for what it is. A cheap parody of 2007's successes and failures.

As for the... thing...

I think that's the whole draw to the film. It's funny because it's not.

 

But it isn't parody.

Epic Movie (which ironically "parodied" very very few actual epics) wasn't a parody, nor is this.

 

This is definate bad comedy.

 

I find it funny how the transformer mass-shifts like a balloon when it turns to robot mode, almost like they're jabbing at Bay over the whole deal or somehting.

 

I don't think anybody cares about mass shifting that much.

 

LOL!
