So much cool stuff....

MP Megatron isn't perfect, but there's still no way I'd miss him. And Revoltech Megatron just looks fantastic! I'm glad I finally broke my "no non-transforming transformers" rule for the Revoltechs, they are worth it.

The shoeformers actually look much better here than they did before. Kinda tempting, but still too novelty-ish for me, too.

Gotta say, though, MP3 Soundwave is one of my most, if not THE most, anticipated TF product on the horizon right now. I absolutely cannot wait to get that guy (hope he doesn't disappoint me)!

 

I'm pondering Blackarachnia very seriously. MP Megatron will be mine, no question.

Yeah, that's what it's saying on their pre-order page, too. But I would have expected to see something along the lines of 1GB or 2GB memory mentioned, too. Which is getting me concerned. $100 is a decent price if it has internal memory, but if it's $100 for an SD card player only, then I'm going to have to, unfortunately, pass.

 

I'm loving the Revoltech megatron because it doesn't have this 8 foot tall piece of plastic between his arm and his cannon. seriously what up with that?? thats my only gripe with MP-05, but it's a big one.

 

MP Megatron's head has a 'battle mode' much like the movie, lol...

From the size/dimensions of the package, it looks like Megs will be boxed in ROBOT MODE.

If they used that box to package megs in gun mode, they'll be wasting quite some space..

 

It's probably much sturdier than they look. I just don't see them making Megs ultra-flimsy; they have a better design team then that (not to mention the original had thin legs too and it never had difficulty standing!   ). And I'm sorry, but given that it HAD to be a gun (otherwise the Starscream fiasco would be like a pillow fight next to a bar brawl), how much better could they have done?

Megatron is absolutely gorgeous, worthy of being a Masterpiece, having actually turned a Walther P38 into something so close to the animation model. It is quite a feat and would be very difficult to top.

 

not really, it will be in a shipping box and it will get x-rayed...they wont even see the image on the box through xray. They will only see what's inside. I worked for TSA for 2 years at philly international and I would think they use the same kind of xray machines.

 

Pretty awesome stuff there! Looking at it moree closely, MP Megs face looks slightly elongated and doesn't have as prominent a brow, but it still doesn't detract away from his coolness. 

 

Well, that's a lot of money I'll be spending. I'm still going to wait on Masterpiece Megs though. I want to know how the QC will be, and where is going to be the best place to get one from.

 

MP Megs just keeps looking better and better! 

 

Glad I preordered MP-05. My biggest gripe about him is his head/face seem too flat.

 

MP Megs is awesomeness in toy robot form  .

 

I never thought I would spend $100 on a Transformer, but I need that Masterpiece Megatron.

His chest piece almost looks like brushed stainless steel is some of those shots.
Box looks awesome too. I still can't believe its a reality after all those years of "it's not possible to make a pistol TF into a good bot".

 

I"m very anxious as well, still concerned about his skinny legs but he's certainly worth it I hope in the future we can get a MP Galvatron as well.

 

I want that Revoltech Megatron. It's sooooo cool.
I'm not so crazy for the MP Megatron. Looks to funny to buy.
