Sure, it's a problem in Japan, simply because rape exists. It's a MUCH bigger problem in the USA, though. These comics exist in Japan because they have a different system of censorship over there. Any actual porn is censored, but stuff like this goes free all of the time. The idea of nothing being censored in Japan is a myth. A kids show called Bobobo-Bo Bo-Bobo is said to have had its plug pulled by the Japanese PTA, for instance.

Yeah. The tentacle rape or whatever isn't on the page, it's in the grubby minds of some of the readers. Like in comics where you get a raised weapon and then a black panel with a screaming dialogue balloon over it -- the reader isn't seeing a murder, they're carrying one out in their heads.

Yup. It's good conversation material. We're probably giving it more attention on this forum than the entire Japanese fanbase. It's seriously nothing to be concerned about...they're just trying to save the alternators in japan from being cancelled due to horrible sales...so they're attaching cliche' anime softcore to it.

 

The only think keeping this from being perfect is good ol' tentacle rape. I expect to see it in the next episode.
