I'll admit, these movie toys turned out a hell of a lot better than I anticipated. I might have to pick up a version of each character. Longview still looks spectacular...simple and badass.

Wow, that's about the best movie fig I've seen so far! I hope all the other 'earthen' figures look as good as Ratchet!

Ratchet looks VERY excellent. Digging the way the legs look as well, superb combination of the G1 blockiness and the movie's techno-detail. Digging the more normal head as well. I am DEFINATELY going to pick this guy up.

Imagine how good Prime COULD be. After all, Ratchet's just a Mega...

Definetely the best figures of the ones we've seen so far ... Ratchet is the best of the actual movie guys and Longview is the best of the Real Gear guys.

    More pics please!

The best thing about this Ratchet is that its a brand new mold - previously Ratchet has always been a repaint of someone else.

Would like to see him painted in white, with a new head and characterised as Red Alert.

Loving Ratchet! I wasn't very excited after seeing the deluxe figures but looks like the Voyager class on up will be nice!

Those look great. Ratchet is nice and bulky, I actually quite like his aesthetic.
Longview will definately be mine. Very, very nice looking robot.

Ratchet looks awsome! They have done a great job on the characters so far. As well, I would like to see more pics of Optimus though. But The time will come my friends. ONLY 6 MORE MONTHS!

Nice, Longview looks great, The gizmo bot idea is awesome cant wait to get my hands on them. As for Ratchet....what a great looking figure, love his design overall, hands like a little small though. Now that i got a really good look at the figure his transformation seems pretty simple but a fun one, cant wait to see the his moive design so we can compare the two.

Ratchet's sculpting is so superb. *happy*

And I'm pleasantly (ie: droolgasm) surprised at how freaking cool all the roleplay bots are turning out.

Yeah, Ratchet is definatly a "keeper".

I'll be getting two: One as-is and one to 'bash into Armada/Cybertron Red Alert.

I like it. It certainly doesn't look like Ratchet, and the puke green is kinda disgusting. But I still like the robot design. I have a feeling it won't translate as well in the cg version, I'm fearing. Plus he's got a bug face. But they all do.

Other than Ratchet's head, these are quite nice. I'd buy 'em.

Friggin A, I think ratchet looks awesome he was always so generic in the cartoon this actually makes him seem substantial and oddly enough I hated the idea of the green emergency vehicle but now I cant see it being white. The green seems fitting especially since he is supposed to be the brainiac of the bunch and green is supposed to symbolize inteligence.

It seems that this movie has really cool spin on some old ideas. The fact that Ratchet's chest is actually the upside down front end is just an awesome design. The toy actually seems pretty close in concept to the masterpiece designs although not as detailed but the tranformation does make you wonder how it transforms. Really want to see this one in CGI

I would like to also congratualate the movie folks on
    Bumble Bee
    Barricade
Blackout ( should have been soundwave )
Prime ( depending on the face )
Megatron ( depending on the face )
Jazz ( hopefully the cgi render is equally awesome )
scorponok ( sans robot mode )

in terms of starscream not so much ( ineeds a better design aesthetically, hopefully the toy and pic are not final )
all the other designs did not have enough solid data to be judged :)

I CANT WAIT ANYMORE I NEED THIS MOVIE OUT NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll take one of those binoc bots. Ratchet can go break mirrors with that ugly face of his.
