Have to admit it's a lot better then I thought it would be considering some of the other animated toys I've seen. However the head just kills any interest I might have in it :(

This is quickly transforming into the best main line thus far.

This would be a nice figure if not for the head sculpt.

I can't see collecting this line, but I'll still give the 'toon a shot.

I like the basic design but hate the animation aspect of these figures. I would like of of seen this done as Starscreams look in the movie only realistically portrayed.

The one thing I will say is that I'm impressed they are actually able to transfer the look from the cartoon to a 3D toy. I just wish it was a look I actually like ;)

I understand why some people dig this new Animated aesthetic, but it's definitely not for me. Even though TF (in North America) is obviously a kids line, I think this new design approach looks *too* kiddy. Not dissin' anyone who likes it - just not my personal cup of tea.

In a weird way, I'm almost grateful that I dislike the Movie & Animated designs so much since it has and will continue to save me a LOT of money. Though it's a bit disappointing that the only things I get to look forward to are more Classics sometime in 2008, maybe a couple more G1 themed Robot Heroes sets and whatever new Masterpieces eventually see the light of day. I had high hopes that we'd still have WW Titaniums to fill the gaps, but as we now know, that's not gonna happen either. Guess it's time to start buying doubles of some Alternators & Classics :)

Oh there is a LOT more proof that came well before Animated Bulkhead ever showed up. But like they say, one man's garbage is another man's treasure.

I'm not a fan of his jet mode nose con, but it doesn't look that bad from the side. What I'm really waiting for is new (or any) pictures of the actual Blitzwing toy.

Cool. He's looking better to me than he did when we first saw pics of him. I currently plan to get him, do a couple little paint mods, maybe swap out a new head, and make him the Cyclonus of my Decepticon army. He'll go nicely with Classics 2.0 Galvatron, and a Scourge if I can find a good starting point for a bash of him.

Ah, nice to see some more animated toy pictures, I'm really liking his bot mode but his jet mode looks like a pile of parts so it's 50/50 really.

All of which means he'll probably just be an impulse buy rather then a must have.

It's definately Screamer. Some asthletics look like they were based in part on the Movie figure (the postion of the arms, for example). The face looks kinda weird, but I like both modes. The new looks for the TFs in TFA will be odd at first, but I'm liking nearly all of them. Now bring on Blitzwing, Black Arachnia, and the Dinobots!
