    i bought these when they first came out. they were neat cuz they are fully customizable in every aspect......i.e. motors, tires, suspension, bodies,

    but then all the chinese knockoff ones that come in easter baskets came out and blew the doors off my expensive official zip zap brand car...... sad day for art class rc car racing indeed

    I just saw them last night at Peru Illinois radio shack for 19.99. Optimus, Bumblebee, and Barricade. available for purchase. Will post pic tongiht if I get time to go back and get it.

    no the "bootlegs" are way faster and seem to hold a charge longer. plus they are good to go out of the box
