bought, unless reviews say he is really awful. Only thing I don't like is his shoulders which look somewhat odd, wish they folded out sort of like bb's so that they would be out from under the wheel wells, also epps looks ridiculous, not reaaly understanding why they sculpted the helmet on, makes him look freaking odd especially with the bad paint work on the eyes
Wow I thought it looked meh and I would just get the deluxe but now it is the other way around this guy looks fantastic!
I think that HA BB looks better. SideSwipe is a bit on the bulky side. He should be sleeker and faster looking in Robot mode. Also, he looks rather thin from the side and the as mentioned already, I also am not a fan of the way the back pack parts look. The deluxe version did it better.
Considering how thin and hollow his torso is, I'm surprised the kibble doesn't fold into it better to fill out the space. Instead, it looks like a wafer-thin bot, HUGE gap, and then a massive pile of bullshit strapped onto his back. As it is now, I'm thinking this will be a pass, but depending on what the plastic crack reviewers have to say about it and the kibble configuration, it could be a maybe.
damn i really dont like his robot mode. Car mode is awesome, but im gonna have to see a review before i buy him.
Looks better than I thought. I Love the head sculpt, but the deluxe has a more aesthetic build. I'm still torn.
Didn't like the stock photos, but with the extended legs, he's a MUST. Slightly dislike the arms\shoulders, but that's minor. I couldn't care less about the backpack as long as it doesn't affect stability. Car mode is fantastic, human alliance figure looks like crap though. As I thought we'd get a subpar figure after bumblebee, I'm much relieved now. Here's to hoping we get more releases than the scheduled four.
the alt mode is really awesome but the robot mode dissapoints me! i think the delux looks way better in robot mode. this ones back os all fucked up and it looks he looks too skinny!
Checked out all these pictures ... OMG... there is no hinge at the knees.. I doubt it can make any good pose. Also no waist joint... worst than the limited joint at HA BB. No matter how nice the vehicle mode is... HA SS doesn't look worthing the full price... the backpack looks just awful.
He looks pretty good, I have the Deluxe, so probably will pass.I'm usually not a big fan of the H.A. stuff, just more $$ for a bot I have anyway. But IF I get a HA this time it would be Sideswipe.
