Oh that's just not fair :-(

    *sulks*

For those of you are relatively new, this is based on the Alternators Bumblebee (new Bettle) that never made it past concept stage.
Volkswagen refused to license their design to Hasbro for the purpose of making 'War Toys'.

Wow. I'll be watching progress on this one! He looks great, and if the final is solid, I think I'll bite.

Depending on how big this is, it might be a must buy for me.

Looks to be a heavily modified Classics Bumblebee which is a shame - my first thought was that it was the unreleased Alternators mold, though that does seem to have been an influence.

I say it again, iGear is going to be the company that ruins the 3rd party toys for all of us, every new release screams trademark infringement.

Wow. Same over-all body design as Classics Bee AND the same head sculpt/design?

But we all know people will eat it up reguardless so there's really no point in bringing the whole iGear debate back up.

Hmm. 12cm. Thats about the same height as Classics BB. If that size is right he'll fit with Alts in bot mode but probably not in alt mode.

I'll need to see some reviews before i decide whether to buy or not.

Bad move by iGear, we already have a ton of Bumblebees. Would have made more sense as Cliffjumper.

When I read the title, I hoped for a MP-like G1 Bumeblebee but this is really far from it.

    Easy pass.

Mmmmm, I DO like me some Bumblebee, but there's something very familiar about that headsculpt.

I'd go for it, but the arms are throwing me WAY off, as are the currently hollow legs.

If that's 1:24 scale I'm so grabbing that, because it'll be the Alternator Bee we never got due to VW being a bunch of party poopers. If it's out of scale...I might still pick it up but, in the words of the lolcats, I will haz a sad.

I see where you're coming from, and Classics Bee IS nice, but due to his scale issues and his lack of a proper licensed Alt mode he doesn't really fit aesthetically with my Alternator collection. Same with Alternity Bee who, although he DOES have a real world Alt mode, is just too tiny. Both nice figs, both worthy parts of a collection, but just not in the Alternators section. For me, anyway.

Come on iGear, go 1:24 scale and be heroes!

I'm surprised to say it doesn't really grab me
