wow. i want one or the other but i will not buy both for $180, give me one for $90 and i can swing it but with those ehobby sets coming out and this and everything else like MP Roddy i will not spend another $180 on these. These things are gorgeous though so i really hope i can buy just the prime colors one

from the description it says figure stands at 19cm so 7.5 inches. About voyager size. Length in veh mode with trailer is 32 cm so 13 inches (pretty damn long).

I might spring $90 for green one but not paying $180 for 2. I'll wait to see if other sites offer 1 or if BBTS eventually sells separate.

So... he's about the size of a bulky Voyager, plus the trailer. This places him around Ultra or better, so IF you can get ONE for $90 you're paying roughly double what you would for an official Hasbro figure of comparable size. That's really not bad for a 3rd Party figure!

I don't know why everybody is saying "he looks cheap"... he looks great to me. He doesn't look like a painted Hasbro promotional image, so yes... he looks like he's made out of plastic, which he is. The jury is out on the overall quality for the moment, but for the moment, he looks just fine.

Style-wise, I can see why some people may not be impressed. His surface detailing and paint apps are pretty simplified... but he still looks like a cool, cartoony robot toy, and I'm down with that. :)

    should they..lol..

I always feel weird when I get brought up in these threads...

Yeah, totally Don's work. He was really cool in giving me his okay to build it. Knowing the process time it takes to CAD design, NOT ONLY THE FIGURE, but the molds, then how long it takes to go back and forth before the figure is right, I think this may have been in the works a while. Venksta knows the process.

The guys at Xovergen are cool guys. I really admire the fact they did THIS as their first fig.

Right. All credit goes to Don, and Ultimately Hasbro...

$179.99 is way too much for this considering his height 7.5 inches even with the trailer. I also thought that Hasbro really starts to look when 3rd Party start to sell over $100.00. Looks like FP to me is the better 3rd Party of the 2.

I noticed that. Then Thats a great price. I just want 1 then. The Red one looks better to me. The red cab and blue windows look real sharp to me.

Hasbro doesn't care what price 3rd party stuff sells for. Why would they?

Hasbro has said that if 3rd parties sell under $100.00 then they wont look to closely.

Yeah, you said that already. Can you (or anyone else) back it up? I can't imagine why they would care what price the stuff goes for, but rather that it exists in the first place.
