I'm gonna need a lot of brown, blue-ish, purple, & red paint. On the bright side,this would make a nice looking Movieverse Bruticus instead of that repaint we got.

 

The more pictures I see, the less I want these.

 

I actually really like these new garish colors for the most part. Surely, I favor the old colors over these, but these aren't half bad. Love the new purple and yellow color scheme for Blast-Off, and the look of Vortex appears better now with new pictures. Looking forward to this set.

 

Now this is darn weird.

The colours aren't that bad. I mean, bronze Blastoff is more G1, but the purple looks alright. Vortex can't seem to win either way... yellow/red or bright red/purple? Seriously? What's wrong with a nice muted grey or blue?

I really don't know what to think about this set... I think having it in-hand will be the make-or-break for me, especially combined mode (though that requires having all of them first, ouch!).

I wonder if Hasbro's thinking of one deco for individual release, and the other for a box set edition or something?

Man are these new colours ever horrible. Vortex looks exceptionally bad really. That reddish hue is just wrong somehow.

I prefer the colours from the first time we saw it where it was more realistic and dull.

Please don't make these garish colours the final product.

 

Will the original colour version be coming out? Because this looks awful. I want to get the game coloured version

 

dont mind these colors, dont mind the others either. still will get the combaticons. The combined mode still looks epicly mistransformed though.

the promo photoshop shots make me watn FoC Prime and i didnt like the toyfair photos of him.

Shockwave and JAzz are bought on sight, especially shockwave.

still going to get these as love the robot modes even the alt modes are not too shabby with the exception of vortex i really really really hate the fish face helicopter thingy! they will never be combined into bruticus though as i think i would have to take a hammer to it after lol but i reckon the more people buy this the more effort hasbro/takara might make to give us a decent combiner!! fingers crossed!! and for the record i think blast off looks 100% better in those colours!!

 

The run these fugly colors then run the g1 colors for next year's botcon set and charge fans $350 for the set!  

 

Okay I have question. If Onslaught is blue then why is Onslaught's torso silver in the game?

 

this is really starting to tick me off. I keep hoping that these are not the final colors, but "official pics" keep getting released in these colors, which look dreadful. Blast off looks ok in these colors, and Onslaught as a whole looks ok, but not when in torso mode. This has got to be either prototype or exclusive g2 version. why would hasbro 1. release pics of the other colored-combaticons or 2. shy away from the in-game model completely? i've seen 1 source say that these combaticons are store-exclusive versions for pre ordering the game, but i myself cannot find that source. and it seems illogical. i just reeeeeeeeally hope that these colors are......no.

Oh, now I remember why I no longer collect. Maybe I won't reconsider if they're giving us this kind of shit. Whoever designed these should go find a way to go back and live in the 90s so he can stop bugging us with shitty G2 colours.
