Hasbro, there is only one version of that Prime mold I want: Fireburst OP and there are only two versions of that Bee mold I want: Cyberfire BB and the still very highly demanded Pink BB with Laserbeak's head.
Well at least the shelves have some warmth for the winter :/

of course I want them to do it, but that doesn't mean I don't give a shit how it turns out. I expect them to do a better job on a figure like that, because it's the sort of assignment their designers would fight over. And when they've delayed it this long, well no one can say they didn't have time to get it right.

 

More excited about the Mechtech weapons. Oh well.

 

I'll pass on both. My guess is that these guys are in a set with one of those Shockwaves we saw.

If it's just Shockwave, Optimus, and Bumblebeem that's some epic trolling by Hasbro.  

 

Wasn't Shockwave's first scene (in russia) Optimus, Bee and Shockwave? Were there others? I'd guess you hit the nail on the head there, for that upcoming $50 TRU set...

 

^ Nah, Optimus was accompanied by Ratchet in that scene. That was actually one of my earlier guesses for the set. (Of course Laserbeak is also a Deluxe and was a lot more active than Ratchet in said scene.)

 

I hope they are exclusive to Toys r us 'cause that stuff doesn't arrives here... (any repaint in here warm shelves almost FOREVER!)

One of the few comments in this thread that shows an understanding of the fact that Hasbro is a business.

Repaints keep retail costs down in the face of increasing production costs.
Profits from those molds are then passed onto new ones.

 

They look OK to me. Nothing to get excited about but they're decent enough.
