The picture is just tormenting me with the fact we won't see Escalation maps with those guys, seriously it's screaming Escalation to me. Still, I love FOC's DLC, and I already reserved a spot for my newest go to creation. Scientist- Wanko the Sane Gotta love the addition of the bug modes.
Disc Locked Content is unethical as fuck...but I've already been part of the problem here. I paid for the Havoc pack and I'll pay for the Massive Fury pack too. I feel pretty bad, but I'm already in so I may as well go all the way with my "sin"!

Look at all the comments you post that I don't give a flying F&$% about They did it for budget reasons, and so Multiplayer wouldn't be horribly divided. Plus the funds for the DLC we buy might be put towards things you want like Single player DLC.
Well, there are many different people in the world. Some people agree with some people, and disagree with others. Some people don't like that. Others do. Shucks. On topic, I didn't get the Dinobot pack, and feel kind of gypped by the Havok. I don't feel that they measure up to content I've DL'd at a similar price on other games. On the other hand, I will be getting the Massive Fury pack. I'm OK with it. *shrug*
If each of these DLC packs went with an escalation map I'd be throwing my money at the screen. But... mmmyeah. Honestly I don't even think I'd use the torso/vehicle modes. I'd probably just add the heads and other parts to the characters I already made.
I'm glad you were serious, I actually looked up "Friend' on wikipedia, and looked up different ways he could have obtained them Escalation DLC would have been great, and would have been appreciated too. But as long as there's one character I want in each pack, I'll still buy it. I needed Grimlock from the last one, and now, well, I can't turn down a Waspinator character as well as the Fallen's head for a Titan.
I'll just be buying the hound parts. with the Gamestop pre-order, I have everything else I'd want from this DLC. I passed on the Dinobot pack as well. Now, had there been new maps, I'd be grabbing this in a heartbeat! I am SO hoping for a map pack in the near future >_<

There isn't a plausible excuse for these DLCs locked on disc... Split the multiplayer community? Nonsense... Have many ways to solve that issue like a mandatory update to everyone. The developer will be charged exactly the same way. These FoC DLCs have very high price for few content, fact. 400 microsoft points or 5 dollars would be a bit more fair for these contents we already payed on release. But everyone knows what to do with your money.
