Interesting, but I'm more curious with what happened to the Jungle Planet Map? I just bought Lugnutz recently and he only had the Earth Planet Map... The rate they get around to swapping things out I doubt we'll ever see the Giagiantian map.

And isn't Demolishor rumored to be a repaint of Landmine as a Decept?

August can't come any faster for Quick Mix. I can't wait to get him. He'll be the very last Cybertron figure to round out the collection.

August is an awful long time to wait for Quickmix and Unicron... ah, poop.

Still, I'm sure they'll be worth the wait.

And I'll bet my left testicule that "Demolisher" will be a Landmine repaint. Most likely a Decepticon.

EDIT: I also noticed that they have the wave 7 basics (Shortround and Repugnus are in stock - shouldn't be too long before they show up at retail)

    Sigh.

They did this before. It's called "staggering waves". They drop a toy for one wave, then bring it back again. It's supposed to prevent toys from becoming shelfwarmers.

Also, Soundwave is in two waves before that:

    Wave 5 (Soundwave/Soundwave/Cybertron Defense Scattorshot/Dark Crumplezone)

    Wave 6 (Soundwave/Nemesis Breaker/Cybertron Defense Scattorshot/Dark Crumplezone)

Soundwave is in Wave 5 and Wave 6.

    Wave 5 - 2x Soundwave, 1x Dark Crumplezone, 1x Cybertron Defense Scattorshot

Wave 6 - 1x Soundwave, 1x Nemesis Breaker, 1x Dark Crumplezone, 1x Cybertron Defense Scattorshot

Ok wait a sec... I have it down that deluxe wave 6 was slated for March (excellion/override GTS) and that was pretty close, then wave 7 is slated for April with Skywarp and Cannonball. And then nothing new till AUGUST with wave 8??? WTF?

summer season is traditionally pretty slow in non-launch years (i.e., when a 18 month series ends in Nov/Dec like Cybertron)

I wonder if there are any surprises left for Cybertron ~ the one thing i could see is a Beast Minicon set so we'd have one set for each planet...

Good to see a release for Quickmix, though I haven't decided if I'll get him. And Demolishor has to be Landmine, as there aren't too many Cybertron deluxes that fit the name.

Speaking of staggering waves, is Scourge coming back in a future Ultra case assortment?

One of the Hasbro guys at Botcon said that he'd be repainted as Cryoscourge, a semi-upgrade like Override GTS is to keep the Planet Leaders on the shelves. Granted, that plan may have changed since then, but I doubt it.

Vector Prime - repaint (possibly gold?)
Scourge - will be repainted, final wave or two
Every deluxe up to the Downshift (minus Blurr, Longrack, etc) should be repainted. Demolisher is 99.99999999999% a Landmine repaint.

I'm personally hoping for some form of a
    ***SPOILER ALERT***

    "ghost" VP...

And I hope Demolisher is a green version of Landmine...
