I just put together a really sweet system, an I7 that is water cooled. I'm a geek.

Anyways, I cannot for the life of me understand why my HDTV (720p) is hooked up via a vga cable looks so much better than my DVI/HDMI cable. Text is all blurry via DVI when compared to VGA, which looks much crisper. The video card is an EVGA 9800GTX+. I've been looking on AVS forums and haven't found my solution yet. As far as I can tell, it could have something to do with the native resolution of my screen being 1366x768. I've tried going 1:1 pixel mapping and DVI still looks like shite.

Any of you have any clue what is going on?

Could it be your DVI cable or port is bad?
If you have a DVI to VGA converter hook that up and see if the VGA looks bad if the source is the DVI port.

    Nice going on the I7.
