Ridley Scott to Direct Another I definitely like Ridley Scott projects, so Im looking forward to this.
"I'm not saying we wouldn't have come up with a Plan B," Kosove, Alcon's co-founder and co-CEO..." In other words, if Scott said no, they would go find someone else.
I am equal parts excited and leery of the prospect of more media in the Blade Runner universe. I will probably get more excited and less leery if Prometheus turns out to be a good movie.
This won't be a remake. It may be a sequel, prequel or spin-off in the same universe, but not a straight remake of the original film.
I don't like where this is headed. I'm really hoping this doesn't cheapen the first movie, making all those great memories lost... like tears in the rain...
Maybe this one will be good, certainly can't be worse than the first, or at least it would have to try really hard to be.
Just re-watched the original a few days ago. Forgot how much I liked it. I wouldn't mind seeing another. Atleast its the same director. Its probably not gonna be a remake but rather another story in the same universe. Maybe we'll get to see what the off-world colonies look like. And the visuals have the potential to be spectacular especially with today's cgi.
this would be cool if harrison ford was in it if it was a prequel. they could make him younger like what they did to jeff bridges in tron legacy.
