Friday is Lockdown Appreciation Day!

 

just got my hands on a brand new Takara Ratchet Lockdown 2 pack on ebay fro real cheap, only to open it up to find that lockdown has two left arms and cant transform!!! GAAAHHHH.

but i also just got a junker lockdown to replace it, so it gives me an excuse to repaint the right arm to be toon accurate yellow, so its not all bad.

anyone need a Takara Animated Lockdown left arm? lol

 

So, I brought down my TFA grey Shockwave and found some of his grey plastic parts have yellowed. I live in a smoke-free home, and he's kept in a cool basement without much light on him, and it's only some of it, like half of each toe piece. Really random. Has anyone else noticed this? (none of my other TFA figs, or any of my TFs have yellowed)

Friday is Lockdown Appreciation Day!

 

Got some TF:Animated figures out to play with today, while I experiment with this new camera. What a joy they are! Can't wait until I get a tripod and a light tent.

 

Just picked up the Cybertron Deluxe OP and I forget how solid and hefty the Animated toys were. They just feel so much more substantial than the figures we are getting today.

 

Every time this thread gets bumped, I'm slightly tempted to invest in Hydrodive/Jetpack Bumblebee, but I'm not sure if it'll scale nicely with Blurr (only Animated figure I have left after the purge).

Is everybody psyched for Animated's Trial and Error?
