2.) Let's ignore the Kmart exclusives talk and existence of these listings, we still know their current status as "unreleased" is apparently due to retailers not wanting more waves of Animated and instead preferring to focus on the ROTF toys.

"Nothing" to indicate that the other mass retailers don't want them? How about the fact they are not on retailer shelves right now? How about the fact many of the items were solicited, pre-orders ready, but then cancelled? How about the fact that at least as of Botcon Hasbro was trying to get them released but had no actual way of doing that right now as opposed to having release dates and new toys/store exclusives of ROTF, Universe, G1 reissues all ready to go.

 

The ones that I want I highlighted.

These guys are coming in the Fall. Right?

 

We currently have no idea, but Hasbro did mention they were trying to get at least some of them out by this fall. The holiday season should be the perfect time for them, imo, and having more variety on the shelves/pegs should help keep figures moving. We'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully we find out something at SDCC next week.

 

New Animated figures can't come soon enough. Just sucks that these will be the last of them... as far as we currently know. I already miss this series more than I want to admit *sigh*

I dunno, I'm actually tempted to pick up that Freeway Jazz and just call him Silverstreak. I'm typically dead against nonsensical repaints, but that one has SS written all over it.

I hope this means they will come out soon. The only ROTF figure I have bought is Chromia.
