    Well.

Lockdown looks better in that guy's pics.

I might have to get him if he's awesome on TV.

FINALLY a pic with Lockdown's knees bent. I was starting to wonder (and worry about) whether he had any at all, what with all the pics we've seen so far and not a single one of him with bent knees. And good golly, he's huge in bot mode for a deluxe-sized TF.

Lockdown has a bad ass alt mode. Robot mode sucks though. He reminds me of Tim Burton's Batmobile.

Ahhhhhh! I originally said NO! to the Animated line. The more and more I see of them it is going to be hard to resist these figures when I see them on shelves. Damn you Hasbro! My wallet was realived to get a break, now it is starting to get a little nervous it will get a serious work out from this line.

I was already planning to get Prowl from the start. Lockdown, on the other hand, seemed a bit meh to me at first, but the more pictures get released, the more I want to get it. That vehicle mode looks really solid. I wasn't really digging the Robot mode at first, but as more pictures came out, I started to realise he reminds me alot of Death's Head, who appeared in the Transformers G1 UK comics. (Intentional resemblance? Possible, especially with that interchangable hand, if only we could change the hook for a mace.) He's a confirmed buy from me.

The more I see of the animated toys, the more I appreciate the attention to the animated aesthetic. I'm looking forward to both the toys and show.

I think he looks a little "limp in the wrist" to me.

Both look fucking awesome. Glad to see Prowl has two stars. Lockdown is just too awesome to describe.

Godconvoy, I think he's just posed to be scratching his head. Or demonsrating the flippy hands.

Either Prowl is really tiny or Lockdown is really big. Crazy size difference for two deluxe toys!

I love the head scratchin' pic... "Where did I park my car? Oh wait... Thaaaats right".

Fantastic figures. Can't wait for them. But why does the stoplight have to be pure unadulterated kibble? Hasbro's been doing such a good job having every extra little piece with a place on the toy, this just seems weird.

It would seem that Prowl's are panels can slide or rotate up, revealing his hands. It would make sense as the gold details on the "wrists" are actually closer to the elbow on the animation model.

Is it just me or are they really using the new insignias that were made for the movie?

Those fold-up throwing stars on Prowl might be the coolest TF weapon I've ever seen, in terms of storage and function.
