    Do you miss the alternators?
    A lot of you do.
    Here is a new alternative.
Bandai Power Rangers Transforming Beast Zords
    or Toyota Vechical Zords.
Each one changes from an authentic Toyota car to a beast mode.
The figures are not as complex as alternators but they're not bad.

    They are:
Engine King Eagle Zord - Toyota Camry
Chrome Prowler Tiger Zord - Toyota Prius

It does say more are coming.
The eagle might make a decent laserbeak.
Found them at 4 different TRU's
    Price listed as $19.99.

Yeah, I'll stick with Roadbots for my non-TF licensed car needs.

    $19.99(added to first post)

    I wouldn't call them terrible.
    They're ok.
    Not spectacular.
    Just ok.

    That was my first thought.
    A little re-coloring & a reprolabel and it's laserbeak/buzzsaw.

The vechical modes are accurate but simplified.
Lights stickered on & simple transforming.
    Nothing beats originals.
Looks like entire line to be all Toyota's.

If I still collected Alts, I would be on these. The one kinda reminds me of Ravage, so they could hang out and the bird would totally be Laserbeak.

Say what you like, I still think an Alt Perceptor as a Smartcar would have been awesome.

If I was still into the Alt scene...I would definitely be checking out that bird one....might make a cool Laserbeak to go with Jag Ravage....all depends on the scale though.

Judging by the size of the box, comparison to the other toys around it, and price point, I'd guess they are pretty close to 1/24.

I would buy a Prius transformer over any of the cars they used for the movie.

Licensed automobiles from power rangers? Unexpected! I look forward to more pictures before I make my decision... and then still won't get them, probably.
