    Yeah, I forgot who they were and couldn't find the back button quick enough so I did a panic CNTL-F4. Whew.

    They're not exactly a spin off of Creed, but close enough. I kind of liked their first album, which came out back when I was in college, but for some reason I have a hard time with christian rock these days. There's so much of it around here. Creed are from here, they're local boys, and the stories about Scott Stapp are legendarily hilarious. The Alter Bridge singer is a lot more talented than Stapp, though.

    Alter Bridge is also my favorite band. Yes, most of them came from Creed, but I don't like Creed, so AB had to do something right. :lol  I can't wait for their new album!

    Creed and even Alter Bridge are not "Christian" bands; they're "hard rock, alternative pop/rock/post-grunge". Personally, "alternative" best describes the genre of music. (Creed (band) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

    As for the Alter Bridge song linked in the first post, it's mediocre.
