13 days after cancelling my order with this company, I have still not received a refund. Only excuses. I love how within 15 minutes of my order I saw the charge on my card, yet 13 days later still no refund.

Their rating and reviews on this site echoes my dissatisfaction. Just a warning for you guys who buy video game stuff online.

 

Looks like they only have like 1 good feedback out of 100+

There's also alot more in there that never got their refund, and keep getting runarounds. When they do rarely ship out, it's always over a week late.

Thanks for the heads up, that site seems crooked and irresponsible.

You will also notice that every single one of them that mentions calling them says thay get a busy signal, or no one picks up. I called 5 times today. Every time it was busy.

I also love how each time they try and justify the negative reviews. Sometimes it's just with insults. Claiming the customers are a "novice" WTF is that all about?

 

Doesn't the FBI have a division whose sole responsibility is to deal with internet scams? Maybe you should contact them.

Ok, today is October 17th. 15 business days after my cancellation and just now they sent me a refund confimation email. The input date is today, which means that for 15 days they lied to me saying that they refunded my money.

This company is complete bullshit. After I get my money I hope they go bankrupt.

 

If they really did refund your money.

 

Yeah, I'd keep an eye on that. Incase they try to say that there was a problem with your account and that it wouldn't accept the refund or something.

 

Yeah, I'm not trusting anything with this company until I see the refund on my credit card site.

I'm sure they are going to post a reply to my negative review. Interesting to see what they put. If I do get my refund, I'm not going to change my review. The issue will be resolved, but they are still a horrible company.
