I am planning an RPG type game and need to find a list of neutral characters to choose from. By neutral I mean not your typical Autobot/Decepticons. It can be from any source including toys and such so I figured I'd ask the pro's here. If you could either give me a link to a profile or tell me a bit about the character and their powers when you list them, it'd help immensely. I already have the following on my list:

    Quintessons
    Sharkticons
    Junkions
    Circuit Breaker (from the comics)

    Minicons

And if you want to get technical, both Thundercracker and Mirage really weren't sold on their respective causes.

DEVCON from the G1 episode with the gamble planet. He had an autobot logo but he was more of a stand alone bountry hunter.

    Thanx

the survivers in the g1 comics were pretty neutral

IDW's Omega Supreme. He's technically an Autobot, but has exiled himself from either cause, due to his extreme firepower.

While sporting a 'Con logo and generally being a total bastard, Lockdown from animated is supposedly neutral as well. He lends his services to the highest bidder, and that just happens to be, more often then not, the 'cons. Also, Blackarachnia in animated is out for herself more then she's with the 'cons so I'd call her neutral too.

Blitzwing technically became nuetral after disobeying the crazed Galvatron and getting kicked out of the Decepticons.

You could also have EDC human soldiers. Head/Target/Powermasters could be played by others in the group, instead of having one person play both. Ohh, I just remembered the Sub-Atlanticans.

I do not believe in Neutral characters- not in a RPG environment. i blame it on the Palladium RPG system back when i was playing Rifts and TMNT in high school.

a true neutral wouldn't be able to do anything without leaning to either side.

and honestly, is a character really neutral when they take money for a job for say, the 'cons and works for em?
personally, the whole "i does it fors da money" is kinda lame anyway. greed in itself is a trait that causes a character to lean to a less noble personality.

neutral, as in staying out of fights or plots and things? that works. Omega Supreme did that as was said earlier. but he isn't a neutral character.
just my opinion, i could be wrong.

Technically, the denizens of all the various planets (excluding Earth and Cybertron) from Galaxy Force were neutrals. In fact, the Galaxy Force toys from those respective planets didn't have the faction sigils that the Cybertron figures had (Nor did Vector Prime), and neither did the show animation, indicating that they were unaligned.

The question didn't ask if they were good or bad, but if they weren't Autobot or Decepticon.

Just wanted to thank you all for your input. Most of all, for this link. I think I could spend forever looking it over for obscure references. Good stuff.

FYI, Devcon is very interesting. I liked that episode a lot, and when I saw it so long ago, I liked him.
