My wife lovs medi-pot, she swears by them. However, I havent tried them, the idea of pouring water up my nose just doesn't jive with me. If your not like me, I suggest getting it.

I considered getting one last time I was really sick but couldn't find one. Dr. Oz says they're amazing, so I'd say it's worth a try.

I saw one of these on an episode of "House".

The water had bacteria in it that made him go crazy and hallcinate that his sex-doll girlfriend was alive.

That aside, I'd say go for it, just don't fill it with water you wouldn't drink yorself.

They sound rather unpleasant to use. I'm not sure if I'd ever be able to bring myself to do so.

kinda sounds like "waterboarding lite" to me.
then again, i cannot bring myself to use nasal sprays- ugh.

but really, in desperation, and knowing that it works, there should be no reason at all not to try it.

I've tried this and I literately felt the water in the back of my eyes. Not a very pleasant feeling I paniced and just snorted out the water from one nostril. You should give it a try just remember to breath through your mouth.

I used a small bit of ACV(cause I know it kills bacteria) and the included Salt.

no burning, I still can't get the other nostril to open up. I'll use my usual nasal spray for that and retry in the morning..

    Good luck with it.

I was going to suggest sometimes steaming your face gets rid of a sinus.
