I saw this reviewed at gizmodo.com. Looks cool. Can't wait to use the PS3 to stream netflix movies.

It's going to be a while before I adopt any form of streaming or downloading service. I prefer the old hard copy means for a couple of reason, most of all is the quality and with streaming compromises are made to allow for clean streaming and the fact that even with that compromise you still tend to lose and hickup like it does when I'm watching a show on my 360. I rented Transformers for 360 720P and I was very dissapointed in the sound and the visual was not all that great either.

Last reason (but still a good one for me) is that I plain and simply like to go to the video store and look around.

If I could rent the box for a couple bucks a month extra, I'd be all over this.

Their biggest problem with this, and they list it in the article, is the lack of new releases. That and they also can't stream HD content, for some reason. Normally I'd be all over this but I can save 100 bucks by connecting my computer to my TV and streaming there.

Until they can stream it directly into my brain, Batman Forever style, I'm not bothering.
