Key Note Speech at the London School of Performing Arts University with Keanu Reeves as Guest of Honor

Says he met the Wachowski's (no emphasis on the word brothers), for lunch over Christmas and stated that they had completed work on a two picture script treatment that would see him return to the world of the matrix as Neo. Says the brothers have met with Jim Cameron to discuss the pro's and con's of 3D and are looking to deliver something which has never been seen again. Keanu stated that he still has an obligation to the fans to deliver a movie worthy of the title "The Matrix" and he swears this time that the treatment will truly revolutionize the action genre like the first movie.

    No. Just,no.

The Wachowskis have been a one-hit wonder. Two if you liked Reloaded.

They should get some other job other than directing.

The first movie was good but the others sucked.

I'll spend my money on something better to watch thanks.

Awesome, can't wait. THe third movie was pretty bad, but anything to redeem it is pretty welcomed.

They've made one good movie in their career. Even M. Knight had a better track record before his movies went full retard. Please stop giving these people work in the film industry.

I agree. If they can make it more along the lines of the first flick I'm sure it could be awesome!

Personally, I loved the 1st two Matrix movies & think Revolutions still had some interesting aspects, so if I hear that more are in the planning stages & the main star feels he's obliged to live up to fan expectations, I say bring it on!

    I liked V for Vendetta.

The Matrix series is dead imo. I can't honestly see how they could make more movies after the two sequels, no mater how you feel about them, pretty much topped off the whole story. There really isn't anything they have left to do other then just retell the same thing all over again.

Honestly, they should have stopped at one. The only thing about the sequels I liked was the Architect scene, and I think that should have been worked into the first one.

These guys (there, I said it) are complete flukes (I don't attribute the success of V for Vendetta to them). I care not for anything else they have to offer.

EDIT: Something's fishy about all this...

I think The Matrix as a stand alone movie was great, but the sequels seemed out of place... don't know what to expect of 2 more movies?

No. No no no no no...And so on and so forth.

Cowboy Bebop does not need to be a live action film...We just don't need that.

The third movie was terrible. Reloaded wasn't that bad.

I'd be open to a couple more of these, I guess.

Even after all this time I still can't make my mind up about Reloaded and Revolutions - part of me was curious to see where the story was going, but another part still believes they should have left it at the end of the first movie and considered it 'complete', without the sequels seeming to taint the whole thing. I'm on the fence about this until we know more.

Amen, llamad00d. Sod The Matrix; the first movie didn't even need sequels, it was perfect on its own. All the sequels did for me was stop me ever wanting to see another Matrix movie again.
