    Nemesis Prime Ordering Issues

    If you having problems with the website in ordering Nemesis Prime, call Hasbrotoyshop.com at 1-800-408-0052 and order that way. The woman I talked said that you could only buy one at a time. She also indicated that the website is wrong by saying the Nemesis Prime is coming soon, when it is actually in stock!

    Update - SDCC Nemesis Prime

    Transformers Collectors Club was having some major errors. Everytime you'd process, you'd get an AccuFind error, or a "credit card # error". Was talking with Glhboy (of here) and he made mention his item was removed from his cart. Mine was still in - did a chance process, BAM. Got my order and confirmation E-mail.

    TFCC is OUT OF STOCK.

    HasbroToyShop is down, but their phone orders are *NOT* down.

    Apparently, not all the employees are that helpul - it seems some of them are refusing to process phone orders.

    If any of them are snotty with you, demand to speak to whoever is in charge.

    There are like 3 threads for this now, and this site has slowed way down since the whole Nemesis thing occured. I think people are angry.

    I would be careful placing your order over the phone with HTS, I just called to do the same thing and the rep told me that all they are doing is writing down each customers information and then once the website is back up they are going to try to put in those orders one by one. That means once it comes up you will have to depend on that rep being fast and putting in every phone order before the people ordering it online sell it out. It does not guarantee you will get one.

    Again, PLACING A PHONE ORDER DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A NEMESIS PRIME!!!

    Now I just called them and the rep I got told me they weren't taking orders at all over the phones because they couldn't get into the systems, either. I told her I read that people were placing their orders there and she blew me off!

    Ahem... HTS... just called them. They aren't taking anymore orders over the phone. Also, they are VERY unhelpful... check back every hour my ass...

    Ebay for me... just ordered one for $28 from Hong Kong with $25 shipping. Hey... that works out to about what I was going to get charged from the TCC. Well, little more expensive, but worth it to not deal with stupidity...
