hey guys commission for my good friend endwar from the boards.

this is my take on nemesis prime.i embellished a little with the colour scheme...ok a lot!

i wasnt really digging the red windows ect so i tried to keep it true for endwar but put a little spin on it i guess.

this was a real pain in the ass from start to finish.took an insane amount of time for a repaint because of several problems i had (most notably melting some of the parts in an alcohol wash some handy guy on here told me to do!)
the chrome took a while to work out as did the flame thing as these were both new techniques to me but overall i had fun with it!

let me know ya thoughts and check out my other threads.cheers!

WHOA! I like it a lot, its a cool unique take on NP. I'm really fond of the blue flames, almost like a plasma energy crackle like you get on those glass lightning balls. Bravo!

Awesome! The blue flames look terrific, but I also like the different colorscheme, especially the purple. Adds a bit of Shattered Glass in there, very nice. :)

Those flames definitely make this a believable nemesis prime. Looks great. Love the color scheme too!!!

Looks great man, looks like you got the bugs worked out on the flames. I would make them a little smaller for the next one, scale them down a bit to fit the size of the figure, but you've got the flow of them down. I attempted these a few times now, and they arent easy to do. Did you get the template, or did you have to mask?

I liek that, good job! My only crit' is there arent enough photos and the ones that are there look a little over exposed.

cheers mate yeah i started off small but it was lookin to close to the original so i thought id just try pull them over the whole thing but to be honest it was my first real go at this and i guess ill get better with practise.the main problem i had was the scale.these are much easyer to do on paper than they are on transformers!but to answer your question i made several flame type stencils from some sticky back plastic and paper and just traded them off each other.

i looked for tutorials on you tube but they are all on huge things like motorbikes ect,i found wikkids real flame tutorial on these boards really helpfull though.but yeah maybe next one i will scale em down,

ps your new devy is the most awesome thing iv seen for ages!ultimate G1!
