Just got this in today
I want this!!
Though it seems odd to have the "We are here, we are waiting" on the Nemesis Leader Packaging.
If you say it in a deep, scary voice, maybe...
Nice! I like the matte black paint, nice touch.
it comes with two blasters?
Same accessories as the first release of Faith Leader. One for Nemesis, and a second one with a round-pegged handle for figures with 5mm fist holes.
Your Black Convoy has a floppy windshield too huh?
The articulated fingers pops off when you try to move them, and the alternate head pops off the neck post very easily
The fingers thing was a common complaint with Faith Leader, too. Articulated fingers at this scale are just a tad too fiddly. I never bothered with mine, as they toy can't transform with the articulated hands in place, anyways.
As for the alternate head popping off, is it really that much worse than the regular head? Because the socket part should be the exact same as the regular head. It's only the helmet around it that's a different mold.
this edition is numeroted? i mean, do they got a individual number on the 500 products?
Yes, mine is 223.
Is this the same company that did the Ark Playset?
iGear is apparently only the distributer for these, not the manufacturer. So, while yes, they are the company that put out the Ark playsets, their shoddy workmanship isn't at play here.
Do want. I gotta keep up with these fan products more...
I thought so too, but if you have iGear on facebook the comments and photos posted point to them being the manufacturer.
I noticed mine came with many scratches on the inside right thigh. So much for QA.
I think that iGear pretty much handles the publicity end of things. They apparently have a close relationship with their partner, they're not two companies on opposite ends of the globe or anything.
Okay, the iGear facebook persona regularly posts comments like "I'm so proud of this, a dream come true, etc" along with photographs of the products being assembled from parts. So either the person behind that page is actually the partner who for some reason has created an iGear facebook page, or it's just plain weird. Take a look: http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100000959844909. Definitely looks like they are more involved than just publicity and distribution.
Anyway I'm just pointing out something that I find strange, I'm not dissing them or anything.
Well I find it hard to give them another shot after that Ark let down. The excitement I had for that Ark was like 8 year old Christmas morning excitement, and to open up that box of junk killed my faith in there products. I have to hear nothing but praise for a long time before I think about it.
i'm very satisfied, no QC issues at all
great scale, great color, great toy
