If you've already got Leobreaker and you're not too keen on him, Nemesis won't do anything to change your mind. If this is your first experience of the mold, he is the better version. The colours work really well on him. The combined "arm" mode is a nice extra but not that great in itself, also when attached to Megatron or Galvatron it makes them very hard to stand.
The robot itself is cool, but he does lack a little in terms of poseability.

All around, he's a solid Voyager. Not without his flaws, but pretty good even so.

Here's a review of his original paint job, Leobreaker aka Ligerjack in Japan. The comments on the toy itself aside from the colours all apply to Nemesis as well.

Pick one up from Toys R Us along with two others in the 20-30 dollar price range during the Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale that started today. and it'd be like getting him for no charge.

It's a cool toy, with nice colors as said. The beast mode is really neat, and while the robot mode is a little strange it's still cool in it's own way. The arm mode looks cool on Optimus as well so you don't have to feel it has to go on Megs or Galvy if you don't like it on them.

Just got mine at the TRU sale! Otherwise....no way! Much as I love his paint job, I don't really love the Leobreaker mold...

Yeah definitely take advantage of the sale...the mold is pretty craptacular, but the paintjob is much better than the original.
