    Relatively small
    Relatively cheep
    Relatively available
    Relatively creative transformation
    Lots of playability
    Oh and must be a transformer

    Cyberverse Hatchet fits the bill pretty well.

    If you're looking at the deluxe end of things, Generations Warpath has been making the rounds at retail again recently. Or if movie's more your thing Starscream is a great pickup.
