Okay. What I wanna do is go to a website where I can choose what song I want to listen to and listen to it without having to become registered or pay money. It should have a decent amount of selection and easy layout.
Please help me get my music fix.

Grooveshark. Its exactly what you're looking for, works well, and as far as I know, is legal.

You might want to try Pandora as well, but it depends on where you live.

Meh. Youtube takes a while to filter through all the remixes and junk.
I just want music, not remixes.

Thanks, Aernaroth. Grooveshark looks like it meets my needs. If you have any other suggestions, please post them here.

I think you're better off downloading the music instead.

Well, you would ge in your car, drive to the store and buy an album that maybe only has he one song you're interested in instead. Yeah that's much simpler than downloading.

If you want the music for free there's this amazing thing called radio.

    Playlist.com

You have to sign up to make a playlist, but you can listen to whatever for free by just searching it up.

You live in the 21st Century, and you think downloading music sucks. Do you have an iPod?

couldn't have said it better. except the good radio here is the kind you pay for.

we have classic rock rap pop and country stations.
if you want anything slightly less mainstream that isn't older than you you're SOL...

Sweet! Thanks for the link. I generally buy music on iTunes but with some Classical pieces it's hard to judge from a thirty second blip if it's what you're looking for.

I still Think Grooveshark is the way to go. They got all my faves. Don't have an Ipod, always thought
    interface was a bit touchy.
