I've been cleaning my closet out and I found these hard canvas autobot and decepticon (paintings?/posters?) frames. They were bought from Blockbuster for like ten bucks each around the time the first TF movie came out. They've been in my closet for like five years. I've looked online, pretty much everywhere to see if I could find any info on them but I didnt come up with anything. SO, does anyone here know if these are worth anything? Gonna attempt to put pix up, lets see if this works...

i doubt they are really worth more than the reatail price...like the best buy premium megs and ratchet. i don't think they are going for much, if any more than retail price. but i have been wrong before :)

The first movie was out in the summer of '07... It's now the end of 2010. That's far from 5 years.

That being said, I'd put them at $10-15 a piece under the assumption that you can find an in-person buyer (toy show, craigslist, etc) because I really doubt anyone would want them enough to pay to have them shipped. Either way, they're gonna be tough sells and probably not worth the effort.

This is not true, these canvases were only available at blockbuster, I had to run around all over town because they were pretty rare when they came out. I got the autobots from the blockbuster that I normally go to and found the decepticons at a blockbuster that was like an hour away. And I live in chicago, so there are a ton of BBs around here.

I assure you i saw these very posters at plenty of retailers. If those are actually on canvas thats the difference for the blockbuster ones as opposed to regular posters on paper.

Yes, they are on canvas. I know the same posters were available everywhere, but the difference here is the canvas. :gen069:

He said they were on canvas at least three times.

And I have no idea what they may be worth.

Im not sure, if u want to know the actual value, post it up, value of a collection is the price collector willing to pay for it... who knows it may valued by a collector at 10 a piece and another collector might valued it at 100 a piece
