Love the toy, but I have a slight problem with a loose joint. The arm panel/door swivel is very loose on his right arm. Any suggestions on how to tighten the metal pin with the large, flat, round head holding it in place?

You might be able to tighten it by putting pressure on it using a pair of pliers (making sure to pad the plastic parts with a soft cloth or something so you don't mark it up), but rivets are pretty tricky to mess with.

It's probably easier just to exchange it for a new one.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, I don't have either. Any other ideas?

If you have some work gloves, you could heat a coathanger or something with a lighter or candle or something like that, and then use the hanger or whatever to heat the rivet up, then screwdriver, nail, needlenose, anything hard and fine pointed such as that to do the pushing...
