My wii is sudenly not working, there is zero power going to it. Is it the plug? Or the wii in itself?

Mine once did this too. It seems that with every uptade for it, that it seems to get slower and freeze more. I pulled out the plug and then plugged it back into the wall a few times and it started up again. It probably happened to me because of how many times I had to unplug it and then put it back in just to make it start up again.

Try unplugging it a few times to see if it goes back on. Otherwise, I have no advice. Your not the only one who's had this problem, trust me, I feel your pain.

why would you go to gamestop?

    call nintendo.

if there's something wrong with it, get nintendo to repair it. if you exchange it, you lose all your virtual console and wii ware purchases.

Unplug the power supply from the Wall and the Wii for about 10 minutes.

    Then try.

Mine did that too during a big storm when the power kept going on and off. I unplugged it for a little bit and plugged it back in and it works fine. Hope that helped.

you can do like everyone else says or you can do this too. my parrents had that problem and i wasn't sure if it was the wii or the power cord. so i unhooked the wii it's self and went to gamestop, i todl them what was goint on and asked if i could barrow a power cord and hook it up right there in shop just to see if it powered on. it did, i bought a new power cord and life is good.

Perhaps the system overheated. They can do that. Make sure you have the system in a cool, well ventilated area.
