And I tried to do a more neutral version that showed both sides of the argument, which got reverted back and forth by both sides who only wanted to see their very own recollection of things represented on Wikipedia.

 

Well, I wasn't about to make a page about just any website, or any transformers site for that matter. I was looking at it from this perspective, which is my own personal opinion.

No single website in the history of the internet has had as much of an impact on transformers as a whole more than tfw2005.com. There's been just so much these past 7-8 years that I thought it would deserve a wikipedia article. Orson's world aside, there was our impact on the direction for the 2007 movie (of course we weren't the only ones, but we were the hardest hit). There was also the fuzzy world "jiggle gif" thread, which got a Yahoo News nod (angry mom found out that kid saw our fuzzy). There was even a reference to us in Sam's Bedroom when he was looking for the glasses. How many other sites can claim this? There's just so much more that I can't begin to list.

Disclaimer: I am a fan of all the other TF sites too, and they are all very good sites (yes, bigbot.com too *dodges bullets*). I suppose I'm just biased because I've been here so long.

 

As someone familiar with Wikipedia, I recommend start by finding reliable sources. A Seibertron.com article could easily exist because that website has been mentioned as a reliable TF-site in USA Today.

So perhaps find examples of when TFW2005 has been shown in worldwide media as not just some random fan site.
