I was offered to buy a MiB and complete Omega Supreme, and a 99% complete Trypticon for $300 excluding shipping. Is that a reasonable price, or should I try to lower it?

Depends on condition of boxes and the toys. Are the electronics working? Pics could help.

Electronics work on both of them, and they have very little to no wear at all. Omega's box has some dents and small tears, and some price tag residue. Trypticon is loose.

The figures, stickers applied or no? Any yellowing/chrome wear/joints/rust etc.... i think 300 is a ok deal but not a killer one, if the figures are complete and in very good condition, thats just me.

Seems like a fair price to me. Shipping could be a pain though since they both come in relatively large boxes.

It's a good deal IMO if there's no wear or yellowing. Omega usually runs in the $100-150 range (MIB, complete and mint) and Trypticon runs about the same. Parts are expensive as heck for that toy, so 99% complete is pretty good.
