Looks official enough to me. I'm not fluent in KO's, but Hasbro DID release a Classics Deluxe Optimus, Megatron, Drag Strip and Overkill in packaging like that, if that's the only reason you're skeptical.
I believe these things even made their way to Ross and Marshall's for about $10 a piece.
EDIT: And yet again, I continue my trend of being utterly useless in TJD threads.

Yea! I just didn't know if KO versions used "official" boxes. I know for the city commanders and stuff, they use boxes that look just like the FP ones.

Just looking at the price and location, avoid it. Those sellers use stock photos of the real thing in their auctions anyway, so there's no way to tell until you get it in-hand.

Those KOs also come in bootlegged packaging, FYI.

Well the pics look legit, if you look at the KO comparison here

KO FRACTURE & DRAGSTRIP Classics Exclusives Limited Special Edition LE SE

paint and plastic look better on the ebay page. of course the dilemma here is it doesn't look like the pics are his, the watermark/tags to the pics are partially cropped out, so he might ship a different item to you, especially since he's from china :p
